We stand by the quality of our watches. If you receive a broken item, a watch that is not working, or any other defect, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
To claim the refund:
- Record a short video showing the issue.

All automatic watches come with a 1-year warranty on the watch movement and color, as long as the watch has not been damaged by misuse.
Meanwhile, we also share the video while disptaching of your parcel.
If the watch movement stops working:
- Send the watch to our location for repair.
- Once repaired (estimated 5 working days), we will return it to you.
